Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • England & Wales:

    • DHL Express: £6.95, next working day when ordered before 2pm GMT. Lead time can be longer during a sale period or collection launch so please refer to the wording at checkout. 
    • Standard via Royal Mail: Free over £150, £3.95 if under, inclusive of VAT. 3-5 working days. 
    • Saturday Delivery DPD Express: £15.50, order pre 2pm GMT on Fridays, inclusive of VAT.
  • Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man:
      • DHL Express: £6.95, 2-4 working days. 
      • Standard via Royal Mail: Free over £150, £3.95 if under. 3-5 working days. 
      • Next day delivery and Saturday delivery are not available. 

  • USA:

    • Fedex International Connect Plus: Shipping is free over $175, $10 if under ($28 for orders below $75). Tax and duties payable at checkout on orders over $800. Product prices are exclusive of tax.
    • Lead time: 3-10 working days. 

  • Canada:

    • Fedex International Connect Plus: Shipping is free over CAD $300, $15 if under ($55 for orders below CAD $145). Tax and duties payable at checkout on orders over CAD $20. Product prices are exclusive of VAT.
    • Lead time: 3-10 working days. 

  • Europe 1 (ECC Markets):

    • Fedex International Connect Plus: Shipping is free over €150, €8 if under (€18 for orders below €60). Tax payable at checkout on all orders, with duties payable on orders over €150. Product prices are exclusive of VAT.
    • Lead time: 3-10 working days. 

  • Europe 2 (Non ECC Markets):

    • Fedex International Connect Plus: Shipping is free over €150, €10 if under (€25 for orders below €70). Tax and duties payable at checkout, dependent on basket value according to the country of import's rulings. Product prices are exclusive of VAT.
    • Lead time: 3-10 working days. 

  • Australia & NZ:

    • Fedex International Connect Plus: Shipping is free over AUD $320, $20 if under ($55 for orders below AUD $145). Tax and duties payable at checkout on orders over AUD $1,000. Product prices are exclusive of VAT.
    • Lead time: 3-10 working days. 

  • All other markets:

    • Fedex International Connect Plus: Shipping is free over £150, £15 if under (£26 for orders below £100). Tax and duties payable at checkout where available, dependent on basket value according to the country of import's rulings. Product prices are exclusive of VAT.
    • Lead time: 3-10 working days. 

  • Return Policy (full T&Cs click here): 

    • 14-day return period from delivery.
    • Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags.
    • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns. 
    • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
    • For gift returns, please provide order details.
    • No returns for pop-up event purchases or altered items.
    • Refunds processed within 10 days.
    • Bank processing time: 5-10 days.
    • Original shipping costs not refunded.
    • Faulty items may be returned.
